A. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access to the Chris' Express Drug mobile application and websites, including co-branded Chris' Express Drug-affiliate websites (collectively, the “Chris' Express Drug Digital Services”), is subject to the Chris' Express Drug Privacy Policy, HIPAA Privacy Notice, and these Terms of Use.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE Chris' Express Drug DIGITAL SERVICES. BY USING THE Chris' Express Drug DIGITAL SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE.
These Terms also govern your participation in SMS or mobile communications programs offered by Chris' Express Drug.

SMS / MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS TERMS
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Chris' Express Drug.
Eligibility Requirement:
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Program Description:
These messages may include, but are not limited to:
- Prescription refill reminders
- Order updates and delivery notifications
- Appointment reminders
- Account-related alerts
- Customer service communications
- Promotional or marketing messages (if applicable)
Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with our services.
Opt-Out Instructions:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message.
After you send "STOP", you will receive a confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer:

Information exhanges to subcontractors in support services (such as customer service, order fulfillment, or messaging providers) is permitted.
All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be exchanged with any third parties.

B. MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF USE
The mobile application and this website are owned and operated by Chris' Express Drug. Chris' Express Drug reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time and in its sole discretion. Such modifications and additional terms and conditions will be effective immediately and incorporated into these Terms. You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Your continued use of Chris' Express Drug Digital Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Use means you accept and agree to such changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Chris' Express Drug grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to access and use Chris' Express Drug Digital Services.
